5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, and pre-approved invoicing for facilities or recurring clients.

6. Can a family member or caregiver ride along?

Yes, we allow one companion to ride with the client at no extra charge, provided there’s space available and it does not interfere with safety protocols.

7. Do you provide same-day or last-minute transportation?

We try to accommodate same-day requests whenever possible, depending on availability. Advanced booking is highly recommended to ensure timely service.

8. Do you offer transportation after hours or on weekends?

Yes. We offer transportation 7 days a week, including early mornings, evenings, and holidays — based on availability. Additional fees may apply for after-hours service.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may be subject to full charges.
